User Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of information associated with CBH Social Publisher or other CBH digital services.
How to request deletion
- Email cbh@courierbookinghub.com.
- Use the subject line User Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, Instagram username or account identifier, and the contact details associated with the request.
- State clearly that you want your information and connected-access data deleted.
What we will do
- Verify the request to prevent unauthorised deletion.
- Remove or anonymise eligible personal information and stored integration data.
- Revoke or delete stored access tokens under our control.
- Confirm completion, normally within 30 days.
Records that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security purposes.
