These Terms govern the use of courierbookinghub.com, CBH Social Publisher and related services operated by Courier Booking Hub.

1. Nature of services

CBH acts as a courier-booking and logistics facilitation service. Actual transport, customs clearance and delivery are performed by third-party courier or logistics partners.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment, identity, address, weight, dimensions, value and content details.
• Do not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, counterfeit or restricted goods.
• Ensure proper packaging unless a separate packing service is provided.
• Understand that transit times are estimates and may change.

3. Quotations and charges

Rates may change based on verified weight, volumetric weight, remote-area status, fuel surcharge, tax, customs charges or carrier remeasurement.

4. Social publishing service

CBH Social Publisher is intended to publish CBH-owned content to authorised professional social accounts. The account owner remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of published content.

5. Intellectual property and availability

CBH branding and original content remain the property of Courier Booking Hub. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party APIs, courier systems or social platforms.

6. Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by law, CBH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party outages, carrier actions or unauthorised access outside our reasonable control. Access may be suspended for misuse or security risk.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer law and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala.
